I had a great time working with 15 Richmond Burton High School students, teaching them self-defense in a four hour seminar at out school with the help of our 3rd degree black-belt, Tilak. The kids had a great time and learned some great self-defense techniques that could really help them out of a bad situation. It's so important to help get these kids prepared for college.

What fun I had today with the special needs class that came to visit me from Richmond Burton High School. We did an obstacle course, beat up the bad guy mannequin, board breaking, jump over the pads and catch the ball, and finished off with foam weapons. They are all wishing and hoping their parents are going to want them to take lessons! I would enjoy that so much.
